Tuning Haus Posted February 17, 2008 Report Share Posted February 17, 2008 hey guys, i was curious if i wanted to put a rear view camera on my Z1 model. can i get any aftermarket universal camera to hook it up into the z1 or should i get a z1 specific rear view camera (don't know if they even make a specific one)? is it just one plug into the input of the z1 deck? how is it activated when you hit reverse and/or if you want to just turn a switch also to see behind you when you want? as far as location of the camera, where do you guys install it in? i know some of the rear view cameras are drilled into the rear bumpers? just curious how you guys have it set up'd... i have a 93 toyota land cruiser... i heard you can use a temp mount too where you put it in the rear of the trailer as well? thanks for any help Quote Link to post Share on other sites
