christopher43 Posted March 22, 2008 Report Share Posted March 22, 2008 i ran the video out to rear tvscreens, curious why the audio outs dont also run to the rear tv screens. im guessing it has to do with the (audio outs)are for external amps but shouldnt i get sound if hooked up? installermarc Posted March 22, 2008 Report Share Posted March 22, 2008 Because the D series does not have dual zone. That feature would allow you to play a DVD from the front and send it to a rear monitor with audio through headphones for the rear passengers while you listened to the radio or XM from the front. That feature was reserved for the Z series. The vudeo out on the D series shows only what is being played through the internal DVD player or the Video inputs. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
