JimDman Posted April 11, 2008 Report Share Posted April 11, 2008 I got the Avic-N1 head unit and N1 brain. I have the N1 disc (CNDV-40) and a copy of the new version (CNDV-60). Right now i am running my system the 60 cd, in which I was told is like a n3 upgrade or so. Well my problems are a couple things: if I wanted to go back to the CNDV-40 disc, what would be my steps of doing that? I put the 40 in and the unit will restart and try to read the disc and I get a read error pop up on the screen. Two, when the 60 disc is in, even when I'm sitting still. It will not let me choose any points of interest, addresses or create a route. something wrong with disc or my unit? Can someone please exlplain to me what's wrong with this thing or tell me what I can do to fix it. If not then I will definitely have a Avic-N1 system for sell.
