outatime
Went to a Drive In Movie last night (Silvermoon, Lakeland Fl) and discovered how to turn off the display....I really should read the instruction book again....anyway it was great to be able to watch a movie on the big screen without a distracting display shining up at me. Should add on the Pioneer Website that its also good for Drive In Movies!
patsfan2
But what makes it so good for drive in movies?
jojogrosso
lol im sure you can turn any head unit off so there is no lights
bdmpastx
Not too many places in the US that still have drive in movie theaters. I wish there was though. Then I could listen to it in my tuning preferences and as loud as I want it to be.
big-fokker
We used to drink many a case of beer at that joint I had some friends that went to FSC while I went to school over in Winter Park.
outatime
I come from england and we don't have such things as drive in movies ...the weather is crap and if we did it would open about 2 weeks of the year when we have summer so to visit a drive in movie is a real treat for me! Wish I could have visited a drive in during its heyday! I got to admit my Z1 is the first real head unit I have ever had and most times I have had stock radios in my cars which I couldn't turn off the display so I do love the Z1's no display feature!
