kaplan_reject
Bluetooth is a wireless data transmission system that allows your phone to communicate wirelessly with your radio and other bluetooth devices. Im not familiar with the paring process with you phone but it should be outlined in your manual. I think there may also be issues with Verizon disabling bluetooth on there phones. Ill have to do some digging around here to find out. Also try the search function on this site, it works pretty well.
kaplan_reject
This should cover the phone paring procedure... Â Pairing Instructions: To turn Bluetooth ON, Click Menu-> Settings and Tools ->3. Bluetooth Menu -> Turn On 1. Click Menu -> Settings & Tools -> ->3. Bluetooth Menu -> Add New Device. Your phone will display a list of any Bluetooth devices that it discovers in range and available to be paired. 2. Select the name of the Bluetooth enabled device with which you are pairing then press OK to connect the device. 3. Select YES if the device requests permission to bond with the phone, then enter passkey. Sometimes Bluetooth enabled devices contain a hard coded passkey. See the car manual for the passkey. Â Â The D3 end of it is outlined in the manual
kdmann64
that's the part i already knew, sorry i was unclear. i don't have a manual, i did all that with the phone and it didn't find the d3, i need to know what to do with the radio, not the phone. thanks,
kaplan_reject
Sorry, Â When you have it in the BT Tel mode go to Function, Phone Connect, and then touch Search and the D3 should begin searching for your telephone. Once it finds the phone, on the main screen with the six empty "slots" touch and hold number one to register your phone in that slot.

kaplan_reject
Ebay, Crutchfield, Local Venders anywhere you please. Installation is about as easy as it can be. Two wires, black (ground) and a yellow (12v constant) which can be tapped into your D3 harness if mounted near, the ip-bus cable, and a microphone. Easy as pie.
