psklenar Posted May 31, 2008 Report Share Posted May 31, 2008 I'm shopping for a replacement head unit for my car and am very intrigued by the preliminary reports on the AVIC-F series. But I have two concerns ... 1) how readable are these types of displays in bright daylight, for example under a large sunroof or in a convertible with the roof down (I'm assuming these displays are similar to the already shipping D, N & Z series)? 2) how readable are these types of displays through good, polarized sunglasses?
