mattress
I've tried quite a few things to get this to work. I have the CNDV_70MTPUC1_A Disc I put it in my computer, ran DVD Decrypter to create an ISO. no problem here. The problem I'm having is with all the different ISO editing programs, and trying to add my own PIM's to the ISO. In Windows, when browsing the DVD in my drive, I can see all the files and folder in the root directory, but I can't see the subfolders. They are 0kb files, instead of folders. (meaning I can see the BG folder, but inside that, the PIM2DIN is not a folder, but a 0kb file) I've tried UltraISO, but it crashes whenever I try to load an ISO. it *may* be because I'm running Vista, not sure what's going on here. I've tried newer versions, and older versions. I've tried to load the ISO I made from my disc, and an ISO I got off the internet. Anyway, I found some random ISO program called ISOPen that is able to view the folder structure correctly (folders and subfolders), and allows me to extract all the files from the ISO. So that's what I did. I extracted all the files from the ISO, added my PIM files, removed the POI files to save space for a regular blank DVD. Then, I burned all the files back to a blank dvd with the disc name: CNDV_70MTPUC1_A But the D2 didn't accept the CD. Can anyone give me a few pointers here? I've been struggling with this for about a week now...
mattress
After digging and digging and digging, I finally found the perfect, all-inclusive ISO program it creates an ISO from a CD/DVD (or allows you to open one you already have on your computer.) it's not limited to just .iso, but will open alcohol images, and probably any other binary image format. then, using the same program, you can extract the contents of the iso, add files, remove files, etc, then build a new ISO, and burn it off Lsoft Active ISO File Manager is the name of the program @ www.ntfs.com it worked flawlessly the first time, and everytime
