AVIC ALTIMA Posted August 14, 2008 Report Share Posted August 14, 2008 Hey, I am trying to activate my MSN direct service but I cannot retrieve the product key in order to activate it by just following the operations manual instructions. After I click on 'Status', the following message appears on the screen - "MSN Direct is connecting" - and it never gives me the key. Is this supposed to take long or instantaneous?? ANY SUGGESTIONS AS TO HOW I CAN GET THE KEY TO ACTIVATE THE SERVICE? PEASE HELP!!! Quote Link to post Share on other sites
