Plug it in the back, run the yellow wire to the yellow on your D3 harness, run the black to the ground wire on the harness or any other ground point, and then place the mic where you want it. Yes it works with the Blackjack, or at least my d3 and blackjack worked flawlessly, and again yes it supports stereo bluetooth so long as your phone does, and if you have the blackjack your fine.
