If the Z1 controls the ipod completely what is the point of having the ipod visible? Just currious if I am missing something or is it okay to put the ipod in the glove box and just leave it there?? Just had the Z1 installed in my 2006 Passat and integrated it to my Dynaudio system with XM and NavTraffic, along with the iPod .... can't wait to go pick it up later tonight .... gonna be sweeeeeeeeeeeet.
