Avic N5 BTB200 verizon xv6800

I have N5 and btb200 and verizon xv6800

i can pair using jetware mobile, bt audio works fine, on bt-tel side

i can xfer phone book, status indicators(battery/siganal) work, in coming call is regocnized. i can dial the phone(direct) here is the problem

 

all phone functions get transferred back to the phone, if i press voice/ the i have to talk into phone and phone has the call on it, not the N5 audio. if i do dircet the phone number is sent to the phone but then its dials and i have to talk on the phone not N5 audio

 

the little symbol for headset is there except when making or placing a call the then phone takes over , when i hang up then the headst sybol comes back on phone

 

any help will be great
