How do you remove Bluetooth pairing entries

Been a while since I posted - glad to see you guys still around.

 

All of a sudden, my Z1 doesn't want to pair properly with my LG eNV phone. I've done numerous attempts to re-pair (no pun intended) the two but something is obviously famunkee'd up.

 

Is there some way to clear the BT paired devices list discreetly or must I do a reset?

 

If a reset is necessary should I do level 3 or 4?

 

Does resetting at 3 remove my custom screen?

 

If yes, would you please post a link to the directions on how to put it back - I've been searchin and had no luck yet tho, I'm sure its still here.
