aceduece
Ok so I had my N4 professionally installed and was working perfectly, then I had TV headrest installed and still everything was working perfectly, I took my kids on a ride and while watching a DVD the sound went completely out. NO SOUND at all, any ideas on what happened? Or what to do to fix it. Any help would be appreciated.

CamelTowing
Those fuses don't cause total loss of sound, just engine noise so thats not the problem. What else do you have in the car? What settings did you change on the deck? Did they change anything else when installing the headrest?
aceduece
nope, I was watching a movie, the truck wasnt even moving, All of a sudden no sound at all, I had headrest TV's installed and that was it. Not sure why it did it, I took the deck out today and tested it to a speaker with speaker wire and its putting out no sound, Everything else works fine. I can still use NAV, and browse, I reset it to factory default settings, and used the master reset button, Both did absolutly Nothing at all. I just got this off ebay and it was new, I contacted the seller to find out what I need to do. But for the mean time I put the old deck back in and i have all sound again. So it has to be the deck itself.
