What do I need to install 900bt on a 2003 Audi A6?

Recommended Posts

I have a 2003 Audi A6..

I have the 900bt, 2 headrest, amp and sub.

What kind of part do I need to have a good installation that all will perfectly?

I know I will need a harmless and what else?

I went to bestbuy and they are asking 380 + tax..

that is way too much, a guy want to install them all for 250 which I want to do. but want it done right and want to make sure I have all the part needed.

Is there anymore that know someone that can help me with installation in toronto, canada?

Willing to negotiate!!

PLEASE HELP ME PUT!!!

^^

Correct.

I used a Metra harness, and the Pioneer DD install unit (ordered from Enfig on VWvortex) and had no issues. If you have headrest TV's, which I am assuming you meant, you should already have the RCA's run. Talk to Christian from Enfig- he'll tell you what you need as far as a trim piece. The DD install cage comes with one, but it is more for a square DD space. GL!

Am going to see where in canada I can get those items and if they don't have it here I will have to get it from the states than..

One more question..

Is it possible that the back tv screen can show the dvd playing at the from while the 900bt is showing me the gps?

and how does it work with the sound? will the sound be only from what is on my 900bt screen? or I can change between without any problems?

lol...

You are 100% right..

But sometimes some of the prices they charge are crazy man... trust me...

Is like a dealer charging me 150 to program the remote for my audi...

Said that it takes up to 2 hours... and that is something I did in 2 seconds..

AND I ALWAYS SAY THIS: I RATHER GIVE MY MONEY TO SOMEONE THAN TO A COMPANY.

THESE FOLKS MAKE MIN. WAGES AND THEY CHARGE US A HARM N A LEG...
