Namely after the software update to version 2.0 on-screen keyboard for entering the location has disappeared. This prevents me from normally using navigation. When I click on the street / city field it normally displays a new screen but in the place where before was formerly the keyboard is now black box, it's not possible in any way to enter any text. skicrave Posted February 16, 2009 Report Share Posted February 16, 2009 Try installing a new copy of data.zip (it is distributed with the firmware update from Pioneer). If that doesn't fix the problem, send it back to Pioneer for warranty. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
