gpgtp00 Posted February 22, 2009 Report Share Posted February 22, 2009 This is my 2nd Pioneer. I have a D2 in my trailblazer and i bought a F700BT for another. I was excited about some of the mods i been reading but it looks like im SOL. I understand computers and files, IMO enough to do this but im completely confused to whats going on with all these hacks. I just dont get it. paQ Posted February 22, 2009 Report Share Posted February 22, 2009 Yes. Although Pioneer has a different view on eyecandy than its clients I suppose. That is where all the mods come in. The bypass hack is needed in order to change or enter an ddress (other then stored) without having to pull over. (or watch video for some) Quote Link to post Share on other sites

superman8262 Posted February 23, 2009 Report Share Posted February 23, 2009 too bad that maps look like someone let their kid go crazy with a crayon, the TTS voices horrible enough for you to blow your own brains out, and the system freezes every once in a while to test out your patience. There are numerous bugs and glitches that obviously hinder the system here and there. The music from SD card is awesome if you dont mind it cutting off at the end. changing color on the buttons is cake, but in the screen itself, your gonna need computer knowledge, and a copy of photoshop (legal if possible, lol). other then that, its pretty good =) Quote Link to post Share on other sites
