Jackoson Posted March 1, 2009 Report Share Posted March 1, 2009 I already applied the Firmware update 2.0 for the AVIC, but now I want to modify the parking brake from 16 to 128. Is there way to manually reapply the firmware update. When I put the card in and turn the car on, the deck proceeds to the main menu, no update takes place. Any help is much appreciated! I'm sure someone could get the right info pretty fast on this thread, since I am pretty sure a lot of ppl would be interested in knowing! from what I understand after reading much of it, is that the fastest way to do it is to do the 16 steps??? doesn't seem fast or simple at all!!!
