jamesxmizo Posted March 5, 2009 Report Share Posted March 5, 2009 Hey guys, I just installed my unit yesterday and when I start it up, it boots right into the rearview mode and won't switch out for at least 5 minutes or so. After it boots up, head into the settings and set the backup camera view option, there's an issue where occasionally it comes up with no entry in that option that cause the all blank screens. euro16v Posted March 5, 2009 Report Share Posted March 5, 2009 Its more than likely that you might have the polarity set wrong. There are 2 options for Battery and Ground Polarity. Try setting it to the other option, that should fix your problems. Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Like I get a Splash screen and then straight into Rearview, I have to press MAP for anything else to show up.. pretty annoying Quote Link to post Share on other sites
