121Redleg
Does anyone have pictures or instructions on just how the y-splitter goes in or is just plain obvious? I have one in-route right now to put in. Install went ok but didn't realize I would need it just for FM stations; thought only needed it if I want the keep the MSN working. tprokop7
And you don't need it for FM, you can tune FM with the GEX-P10HD that you must have installed to require the splitter.
MegaMan X
You only need the Y-Splitter if you have the GEX P10HD tuner AND you want MSN Direct to work. Otherwise, you can just use the HD tuner to get FM station and be done with it. On another note, the Y-Splitter is painfully obvious to install. Your stock antenna connection goes into the Y-Splitter, and the 2 ends, 1 goes into your avic, and the other into the HD tuner.
