BigCountry06 Posted May 18, 2009 Report Share Posted May 18, 2009 I had this unit in my 2006 F150, and will be trading it in for an 2005 Excursion due to family additions. So I obviously want to transfer my Z1 into my Excursion...So I guess I need to know what dash kit to get and wire harness adaptor, and maybe some info on how to find the VSS wire etc. Also will this unit still work with my factory overhead dvd player? if so will this all be converted simply by plugging into the old wire harness? Or will any of that need changing? Also I bought one of Ducati boys bypass kits a couple yrs ago to install on the F150 to keep from having to flash my lights but never got around to installing it, will this kit still work with the Excursion?
