Safety of Hardware bypass?

Recommended Posts

Hello

I am preparing to do a hardware bypass on my F700BT but before I do that, I want to make sure that this does not in anyway damage the unit over the long term. Would it be possible for Fseries users who have done so to mention if they had any ongoing problems after doing the hardware bypass with their unit? How long have you ran the unit with the bypass? Any warranty problems afterwards?

Thanks all for reassuring me!

Cheers

no problems what so ever, your just tricking the software that your stopped all the time. this is not wear and tear like brakes or anything. I had it since they launched the unit for sale.

Warren? what warranty? when you send the unit in, they only want the unit and not the harness so they cant even tell.

just do it. its give you more options, and if you dont, then eh the world moves on.

i love you mate
