Help Phone button not working

I just installed my Avic-F90bt and everything works great except for the phone. From the top menu on the bottom left the phone button is not grayed out; it is still white, and when I go to screen calibration that portion of the screen works so idk. It worked yesterday after I finished installing it but when I tried pairing the phone i used the wrong passkey so the 2 did not pair, ever since then It hasn't worked. By the way I by passed the unit, any help would be greatly appreciated.

try doing a reset or a hard reset

I reset it by the button on the front, how do I hard reset...remove the negative terminal for a few minutes on the bat?

reset button + eject -- hold for a few seconds

I got it to work. I just re calibrated the screen. for some reason i did that earlier and it didnt work the. idk im happy. thanks for your hep
