Hi folks,

When trying to make or receive a call through my f900bt I can only hear the person who rings or I'm calling for a moment and then it all goes silent. It happened few times to me today  .

I had to turn off bluetooth on my phone and make a call normal way. It worked fine before.

Any ideas?

I installed an EU update on the US unit if that makes any difference. If that's the troublemaker is there a way to bring back the unit to 2.0?

EDIT: Also forgot to add that the unit freezes from time to time when I finish the call which is very annoying and eventually goes back to normal

Cheers,

Stan

I am having the same issue. My bluetooth is connected, the person can hear me but then I cant hear the person talking to me. It starts out ok and then just cuts off. The phone call is still connected. The voice on my navigation also cuts out when it talks.

Does anyone have any ideas? i already sent the unit back to pioneer and they just reloaded the software.

Everything else works fine.

I had the same issue and felt stupid, yet relieved. When I made a call the volume default is max for only a second or two. Then I realized that I had previously for some dumb reason turned the call volume all the way down by pressing the (-) tab for the volume when I was checking my voicemal. I delt with this for two weeks before I realized it. Of course I thought the bluetooth was shot and cursed the pos, then I noticed the (-) or (+) and the (-) was greyed out. felt stupid, but this is very easily overlooked. Make sure that this isn't your prob.:oops::oops:
