HAAK31
got an email, that they charge for the maps, not for the firmware and the update cost € 149,-. I emailed back the question, why we pay 3 times the us price, no answer yet...
alien2000a
50 euros i'm in. 200 euros, no f.. way I'll wait for a hack then. And Pioneer would be the only reason of this move from legit to piracy

And Pioneer would be the only reason of this move from legit to piracy You are right.... off course there will be a hack. The Igo8.3 maps are avaiable on the net. So it will be an easy job to hack and update the firmware and igo app.. For me 60 euros will be the limit.

HAAK31
got an email, that they charge for the maps, not for the firmware and the update cost € 149,-.I emailed back the question, why we pay 3 times the us price, no answer yet... Got an answer, they say the price is determined by pioneer japan, and they cannot reduce the price because pioneer europe is to small... I emailed back, they are stimulating that people search other ways to get te update, I wonder what they're going to reply to that....
