Swagger
I brought my 08 Ford Edge Limited in for 30k service yesterday. When I picked it up, there was no power to the F90BT. They looked it over and said all of the fuses were fine and that it was my problem. Obviously, they did something while disconnecting the battery or touched something they shouldn’t have. Is there anything you can think of that they could have done or that I can troubleshoot to get it going again? Any advice is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
bobsyouruncle
Did you use the PAC c2r-frd1 wiring harness when you installed it? If you did, the NGS daignostic computer the dealer uses will freak out the logic in the harness. Pull the negative terminal on the battery and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then hook it back up. This happens to me all the time.
Swagger
Thank you! Perfect! I wouldn't have come up with that in a million years on my own. You saved me an hour and a half ride to my installer... who may have come to this forum anyway for the answer. I can't thank you enough.
