emran Posted August 7, 2009 Report Share Posted August 7, 2009 hey im thinkin of buyin a f500bt but i don't know how can i install it to my car first i have 2 subwoofer and a Sony amp. as you all know the unite don't have any place to plug it into. so do i have to buy Pioneer ND-G500 amp or some other way ? msuc5vette Posted August 8, 2009 Report Share Posted August 8, 2009 If you have an aux input for your stereo that's all you need. If you don't, then you could use the NG 500. The speaker outputs from your radio would go into the NG 500, then the NG 500 would power the speakers. If your Sony amp for the sub has high level inputs, then you could run the outputs from the NG 500 to those inputs. If the Sony does not have high level (speaker leve) inputs, you will need to buy a converter to convert the speaker level outputs from the NG 500 to RCA cables for your Sony amp.
