davidneary01 Posted August 19, 2009 Report Share Posted August 19, 2009 if you have the map version 2.00004 or whatever, does that signify you have the most current version of the maps??i guess what i am asking is, is there two different numbers, one for like the software that runs the maps and then another version for the actual database of maps.. so you could have the newest map software, all the bulidings and extras but still have an outdated version of the maps???or are they the same thing??? the reason i ask, i did the upgrade to 3.0.1.1 without the upgrade disks and just wondering if i might have an older map database because there are still some roads missingthat would have been updated by now...although i do now have the landmarks, buildings, etc that i didn't before the updatee..sorry if that was redundant... i hope that someone can make sense of what i am trying to ask...
