potseng Posted August 22, 2009 Report Share Posted August 22, 2009 Can I leave the reverse signal wire unplug if I don't have a rear view camera? Is anything bad going to happen to my f700 if I don't connect the wire? I know where the wire is located, but I just can't find a way to hide the wire perfectly and I get really annoy by this. I know this has probably been covered before in detail, but when i search i get so many threads its hard to find one with what I am looking for. Please post me the link if there is one already. dianebrat Posted August 22, 2009 Report Share Posted August 22, 2009 The only purpose of connecting the reverse signal *IS* to activate the backup camera feed. So if you're not using a backup camera, you have no reason to hook it up. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
