mellowmusic Posted October 20, 2009 Report Share Posted October 20, 2009 Hi folks, I've got a Avic-f700bt hooked to two Apline S-Type speakers (250 watt max, 80rms) and a 800 watt Sony Xplode Amp with two 10 inch 500 watt subs. The bass sounds good, but it seems that at high levels all high voice pitches and snare drums have a very small hissing/tinny sound to them. At first I thought it was the mp3s I was playing, but I've now tried it on an iPod and on a CD and still get the same thing.
