Pairing is not the issue....it's what you can and can't do after the pairing..... You CANNOT transfer ANY contacts... You CANNOT voice dial though the head unit so this isn't exactly handsfree operation is it? You CANNOT auto-reconnect....everytime you return to the car you have to go into the bluetooth settings of the droid and re-connect manually..
