Unit was doing the reboot thing and I could not get it to go into test mode via sd card, so I tried to do it manually via the up up down menu right left method and I think I advertingly hit a wrong key or something because the screen will just stay black now no matter what I do. I can still get the unit into testmode via the up up down menu right left method. Any help would be great. Quote Link to post Share on other sites

If you follow the instructions for DIY upgrade to 3.0 software/maps, you will have a great chance of getting your unit up and running again. You don´t need several SD-cards to do it. Just put everything on the same card and follow the instructions. It involves formatting the internal flash drive of the unit and manually copying back all the files.
