rubix8 Posted December 5, 2009 Report Share Posted December 5, 2009 guys, i need your assistance. i have just installed the avic-z110bt in my 02 A4. the unit looks nice, however, my problem is with the double din face plate that covers the framing of the radio. the scosche au2391b installation kit - http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_176 ... 2391B.html the clips from the top clip on but the bottom clips dont. i am very afraid of parking my car in the street. i have seen this picture in the pioneer site and the unit seems perfect. does anyone know where i can purchase one of these installation kits? any recommendations would be helpful. CSDaudio Posted December 27, 2009 Report Share Posted December 27, 2009 Yup, that's my car. That kit is actually 3/4" MDF that's been routered, chiseled and painted. I built custom "L" brackets for the Z110 to mount it as well. I've had a surprising amount of interest in this kit, so if you need one, I can custom build one using my dash and ship you the brackets and kit together to ensure a good fit.
