retepnikrap Posted December 15, 2009 Report Share Posted December 15, 2009 Hi had my new head unit a couple of weeks now and I can't find a way to lower the default audio level when the unit starts up. been through all the audio settings but nothing, when I turn my unit on I have to grab the volume control as when the audio kicks in, either from the radio or ipod its very high. How do I set a default volume level? There has to be a way, I've looked everywhere. thanks Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Usually whatever I leave the volume at is what I get, try un plugging your Ipod and listen to the radio, then turn off your car and turn it back on see what happens. Is it maybe possible that the constant power wire is not hooked up? there fore resetting it everytime you turn off your car? Quote Link to post Share on other sites
