F700 Buttons flash, no screen at all

Hi All,

 

just started having problems with this thing. was driving with it and it was fine, got home and started it up the next morning, the ipod started playing and the unit went right to the nav warning screen. it stayed there til i got to my destination. shut the car off for a few hours, got back in to drive home, and i had no start up screen, the buttons lit up white and then shut off after a minute or two.

 

i have no screen what so ever, i searched and searched this forum for anything similar to this and i come up with the same threads, so i decided to start my own.

 

i have no screen, my screen is black, the internal fan comes on, the button lights come on and then shut off, i have tried the hard reset, i have tried the reset, eject, buttons and the up up down code thing, i have checked all the wires and fuses. im at a loss

 

any help would be great!
