Problem with setting a new route in D3 Avic

hello

 

i`ve little problem with my avic and i`ve found this forum:)Help me please:)

 

I`ve connect today a GPS antenna.

When i want to set a new route in my unit i can only type a city and street..And this is not enough to start guiding to target..After i`ve type street name map shows and this street is marked on green(whole street)..guiding not working..

 

Working only when i`ve use the crosshair..

 

What i must to do to fix this problem
