Help downloading New Maps

I am trying to upgrade my unit with the new maps following this post:

viewtopic.php?f=34&t=29258

 

So I downloaded all files once I try to unzip I input the necessary password, and it seems to take it, but when the actual unzip happens (when I copy or open this folder) it keeps giving me the same error over and over again:

"Decryption of the file

83_Cont_USA_2009.06_TA...\NorthAmerica_low_2008_03_25.dem failed."

 

Please help.
