ocrookie Posted January 1, 2010 Report Share Posted January 1, 2010 I just installed the z110 with the bypass and all works well except for a bad speaker connection. Intermittently both right side speakers cut out and put out static and a high pitched noise. I assume it's a loose wire connection but I'm not sure what would cause both speakers to simultaneously screw up. Does that mean that the two left speaker wires are touching each other? Pogigreg Posted January 1, 2010 Report Share Posted January 1, 2010 I assume you used a harness for your specific vehicle. I will also assume that you butt connected the wires matching the colors. Right? With that said, perhaps you don't have a good crimp on one of your speaker wires. Pull the unit and check your connections. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
