wleland Posted January 15, 2010 Report Share Posted January 15, 2010 I purchased one of those white apple iPod a/v cables with USB and the video inputs back when I had my s700bt system. Now, it seems that this newer system has a different way of going about the iPod connection, namely with a 1/8" jack. Are there any adapters that radioshack might carry so I can keep using my apple cable with this system? Also, is it safe to assume I cant just plug my new Z110bt into the same cables (ipod excluded) that went into the back of my f700bt, or will I have to change a few cable configurations first? VBLUE42 Posted January 15, 2010 Report Share Posted January 15, 2010 Radio Shack should have an adapter to convert the Apple cable to the proper connection for the Z. If you had an F 9 series you could swap the power harness as those harnesses have the VSS connection that the 7 series doesn't have.
