FIXED! - F500BT Black Screen Of Death, not booting from SD

Help,

 

It worked fine. I needed to wipe al personal stuff to bring it back with the car after lease ended. I used the official Pioneer LPU080 update to "reset" the unit, but after it ran the WINCE upadet, it wanted to have a reset, but ended in this:

Pressed power, blue led blinking, NAV startup screen, white flash, black screen, blue led off and no response from any key.

 

I need to remove all power and battery.

 

I can get in to the service mode.

And can upgrade the WINCE through SD.

 

But it won't boot from SD. So testmode and retrying update won't happen.....

 

UPDATE:

 

Got it into testmode with OLDER WINCE from flash backup.

 

Then copied the old flash backup into flashdrive and it boot's again.

 

Apperantly the UPDATE from poineer is corrupt?

 

And then it got stuck at "startup in progress".

 

Ok, downloaded update again. Put it on SD and copied the WINCE files from he PLT in root.

In servicemode updated WINCE with format and rebooted again.

and WHALLA, it finally started the update.....

Copied the flashdisk on the SD and compaired theis with WINMERGE to a F500T backup.

copied the missing files from the backup to the SD flashdiskdir.

Copied this backon the F500BT with no overwrite (to speed it up.. )

 

And finally is started up!

 

took only 4 days....
