akforuk Posted March 3, 2010 Report Share Posted March 3, 2010 I just recently purchased the avic x910bt. I have been reading all about this bypass stuff. So let me make sure I have this correct. All I have to do is, change the location of the mute wire, then tie it in with the green park brake wire, then tie those in with the ground. Is that all there is to it? Or am i missing something? Also I'm adding the steering wheel interface, along with the back up camera, to my unit. Will the bypass do anything to affect those specific functions?
