rjt21 Posted April 13, 2010 Report Share Posted April 13, 2010 I just purchased the x910bt and had it professionally installed. I've been driving around for a few days and notice a recurring problem. Occasionally, when I have the music playing loud the system will just restart. Three times in my 15 minute commute it reset when I was pressing buttons. I am not sure whether this is a problem with the system or installation? I feel like it happens when I press buttons so maybe it is an issue with not getting enough power? Also, when I start to drive the navigation system doesn't seem to locate me. It incorrectly shows my position on different street or driving off the roads. Sometimes it takes 30 seconds to lock in on my position and this morning it took almost 10 minutes. I park in a parking deck so I can understand it taking a few seconds to locate me once I am out but I feel like anything longer than 1 minute is a different issue.
