mikedkelly
Has anyone been able to get the steering wheel controls to work on a 2010 Venza? We spent over an hour with PAC tech support and it seems the Venza steering wheel voltages are different. We are using a SWI-PS version 1.6.8 and program the version correctly, but when we try to program the steering wheel controls, the LED does not go out, but just times out after about 10 seconds. We confirmed the wiring is correct. It sounds like a few people have been able to get it to work without any problems. In what configuration was the car in when you programed it? Mine has a smart key and originally had the low end stereo. Was it in the first accessory, second accessory, or with the engine running? Were the DRL's on or off? It seems like with every setting, the voltages from the button presses were different. My installer is a multi decade professional with hundreds of installs. He says he has never had an issue with one of these before.
