mafty
My subscription is still going, and im still paying for it, it just stopped working one day. All it displays is "SIRIUS" and the channel I was on last before it stopped working. I cant change the channel, cant do anything. No sound comes out. It doesnt read "searching for signal" either. Which sometimes it happens if im in a garage or something, but it just plain wont work. I unplugged the little box that connects the antena and the headunit but it didnt seem to matter. Ive also reset the headunit by holding the little reset button, also did nothing. My firmware is updated to 2.006 which is the Canadian latest version, version 3.0 isnt for Canada, so I cant use that. Anyways, im out of ideas, wtf happened.
1loudls
my bet is on a problem with the sirius box itself, do you have the 1 piece sirius setup or the two piece setup
digrman
Same thing happened to me. What finally worked is I completely unplugged all the wires from the sirius unit. Let it sit for 5 minutes with no power. When I plugged power back in, hooked it up to the pioneer, everything worked again.
rcxracing
Pull the fuse that keeps memory on the avic at your fuse box let it sit for 3-5 minutes and it should work u don't need to unplug the Sirius uni. You see the Avic keeps memory of the issue of the problem but pulling the fuse erases that memory and walla good luck
