vingavina Posted July 1, 2010 Report Share Posted July 1, 2010 I plan on getting the Pioneer ND-BC4 and had a few questions for installation. I wanted to have the camera work when i throw my car in reverse and access it while im driving too. I was going to have the reverse wire tapped into the reverse light and the power wire tapped to the red wire in my d3 headunit. Would i be able to access the camera while im driving and when i put my car in reverse, will it automatically show me it on my D3? or am i missing a step? thank you Quote Link to post Share on other sites
1loudls Posted July 2, 2010 Report Share Posted July 2, 2010 as long as the reverse wire is tapped into the correct wire, the unit will switch automatically to it when in reverse. as long as the camera gets powered on any time the radio is turned on (tapping into the red wire @ the AVIC's harness will do this) the camera can be selected and viewed Quote Link to post Share on other sites
