custom4584 Posted July 27, 2010 Report Share Posted July 27, 2010 I have an Avic d3 thats about 2 1/2 years old in my truck. The past few months i've noticed I have to turn the volume knob more and more to get it to go up or down. Its to the point now where I have to do about 8-10 full rotations just to get it to go from 5-20. Sometimes it even goes down 1 or 2 when you're trying to turn it up. What could be wrong and how do I go about fixing it. I'm assuming theres no warranty anymore. Its sooo annoying! Thanks. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
1loudls Posted July 28, 2010 Report Share Posted July 28, 2010 the knob its self is probably worn out, and needs to be replaced, yea the warranty is only good for a year, and a radio repair facility(pioneer) will have to do the repair(unless you car replace parts on a circuit borard) Quote Link to post Share on other sites
