I did not get a iPod connector for the new headunit because I am hoping I can still use the one under the armrest. What do you guys think Quote Link to post Share on other sites

1loudls Posted September 7, 2010 Report Share Posted September 7, 2010 well you problem is going to be that the USB connector under the arm rest is not going to be compatible with the AVIC (its not going to have the same type of connector), it may have a usb connector on the front but its just going to have a weird chevy harness on the back of it, you could take a usb cable and cut it up and solder it all together, but thats no easy task and definitely not for beginners.
