When I hit the button and say for example: play artist Michael Jackson, it repeats "play artist Michael Jackson"...but plays something completely different! Same thing with any song or artist. Any way of fixing this? I got a AVIC-X710bt with the latest software update (3.020100 I think). Quote Link to post Share on other sites

You can try restoring your iPod and re-syncing your content and then letting the unit re-catalog the ipod but other then that there is not much you can do. Sometimes I'll get as far as the artist then she can't understand the title and she'll play from the top of my catalog. Most of the time she doesn't even understand Change Source. stargate125645 Posted February 20, 2012 Report Share Posted February 20, 2012 I have the Z130BT. Has anyone had issues with the voice recognition on that? My main complaint is the system not understanding who I am trying to call. Asking for the nearest gas station, etc., works just fine.
