Lincoln1 Posted February 6, 2011 Report Share Posted February 6, 2011 Hi, i don´t want to hack the HU - but the map DVD... Can somebody help me PLEASE? I have no clue... I have an OEM AVIC-XD in my Lincoln MKX and want to use a European map. Pioneer want´s € 100000,- for providing a map... i would love to pay for a halfway working solution, but this is a little bit expensiv My thinking was: Take the original Ford DVD map, and swith the files of streets and poi. Is there any possibility?? Can me sombody tell me what files to switch? (I think "IDX Folder" is the POI?) I don´t want to throw away the HU, because i don´t want to ruin my THX system and love my Microsoft Sync (even it is Microsoft...)
