I went for the F9110BT which is made to look OEM in a VW So anyway, is it supposed to have a compass because it doesn't seem to know which way I'm facing if stationary Cheers Quote Link to post Share on other sites
1loudls Posted March 14, 2011 Report Share Posted March 14, 2011 well the units use GPS to track where they are, and since the radio doesn't know which way the antenna is pointing because every install is different, it has trouble telling witch direction is which when sitting still, once you start moving, no matter how slow, it can track your direction very easy.
