Noise issue

I have a z2 installed in a f150. When the radio is muted, you can hear the common RCA noise. When the truck is running you can hear slight engine noise. When I turn my headlights on the noise increases a little. I know those problems are common but here's some more that I don't get. When I'm playing music thru my iPods headphone jack, it plays fine besides the little bit of RCA noise. But when I plug my charger into my iPod, the noise gets extremely loud and it sounds like my passenger side speakers are not playing. It does it with every iPod/iPhone I've tried. Also does it with my laptop. I recently bought a new a/v iPod cable. It has audio and video RCA and a USB coming off of it. With the audio hooked up, it works fine. When I plug the video in, it souled like it's cutting out my highs. When I try plugging the USB in, it cuts off my driver speakers. I recently upgraded my amps and and RCAs and have the same problem. I hate to get rid of the HU, but i have too nice of a set up to be dealing with these problems. Any suggestions?
